Note: This name cannot be changed except by SBBC. It must be the same as the name on the void cheque. If you submit a void cheque with a different name the submission will be rejected.

Payment Details Email

This is the email that the payment details (also called remittance advice) will be emailed to when a payment is made. Please note that if this email is with a public provider (e.g. mary@gmail.com or bobslandscaping@hotmail.com) rather than using a company subdomain (e.g. john@acmecorp.com) then additional validation will be required.

Customer's Email

Please enter the email address of a customer (who you are expecting a SparcPay payment from) who can verify the provided accounts receivable email address does belong to your business. Note that this is NOT your email address and it MUST be your customer's work email address (not a gmail, hotmail, icloud etc address). Failure to provide a valid contact will result in significant delay in processing your registration.

Purpose of Void Cheque

Why do we need this? The void cheque/check provides the numbers needed to do a direct deposit and pay you electronically. Your file is sent via a secure connection, and we will only use the information to help clients pay you via direct deposit. Clients will be able to view the information provided to verify before completing direct deposit payments to you. Please send only PDF or JPG files.
